These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "TOS") apply to any subscription or paid service ordered on the SeoLytix.com platform (SIRET: 751 650 227 00026, accessible at https://seolytix.com/en/).
Any subscription to a paid plan implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Service (TOS). The customer declares having full legal capacity to enter into agreements.
Offers, Plans and Subscriptions
SeoLytix.com provides various subscription plans with or without commitment:
- Periodic subscriptions: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing with automatic renewal.
- Lifetime offers: one-time payment granting unlimited access over time to purchased features, without recurring fees.
- Trial periods: temporary free access to select premium features according to pricing terms.

Pricing and Billing Terms
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) or the selected currency, inclusive or exclusive of tax according to applicable regulations.
A detailed electronic invoice is automatically generated and made available in the user's dashboard after each successful transaction.
Payment Methods and Banking Security
Payment for orders and subscriptions is processed via the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe): Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards through the ultra-secure Stripe infrastructure.
- Bank wire transfer: Direct settlement by bank transfer (activation upon receipt of funds).
Non-storage of banking data: All transaction processing is operated encrypted by Stripe Inc. (certified PCI-DSS Level 1). SeoLytix.com never stores or has access to your banking details on its servers.
Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
In accordance with legal provisions regarding digital services and online software, immediate access to features following payment constitutes service execution commencement.
However, to ensure your satisfaction, our team applies a fair commercial policy. In case of technical issues or justified dissatisfaction, a refund may be requested within 14 days following purchase.
Cancellation and Renewal
Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time in 1 click directly from the user's account settings, without fees or notice.
Upon cancellation, access to plan features remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No further automatic renewal will be charged.
Changes to Offers and Pricing
SeoLytix.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time. For active subscribers, price changes will be notified by email at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
The user remains free to cancel their subscription before the new rate applies.
Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a complaint or dispute, the buyer shall first contact customer service at SeoLytix.com to seek an amicable resolution.
Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts at the publisher's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
